He is a Commissioner of the Smith field RI Housing Authority and serves on the Board of Directors for Gemini Housing Corp and Church Street Estates both of Smithfield. He is Past Pre sident of the Rhode Island Apartment Association\; and is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management. He is an active member of the Wellesl ey Kiwanis Club. Paul also serves on the Board of Directors for the HUD Bo rrowers Corp. of Community Care Alliance in Woonsocket RI. Paul is an acti ve member and Past President of the Smithfield RI Lodge of Elks and a Past Trustee of the Rhode Island State Elks Association. Paul is active in the Roman Catholic Church. He is a member and Past Grand Knight of Woonsocket RI Council Knights of Columbus\, a Past District Deputy for the Rhode Isl and State Council K of C\, a member of the Order of the Holy Sepulcher\, a member of the Ancient Order of Hibernians\, and a member of the Knights o f Malta.     The Rotary Club of Wellesley is one of Wellesley’s oldes t community service groups and conducts local programs to benefit the Town of Wellesley.
