Paul Dumouchel presently serves as the Executive Director of the Wellesley and Needham Housing Authorities. He has over 20 years of experience in the Housing industry in general and affordable housing specifically. He believes that many of society’s problems could be minimized or eliminated if people had stable homes. A lifelong Rhode Island resident he is a graduate of Providence College  .

Paul maintains many civic involvements. He is a member of the Needham Rotary Club and a member of the Rotary District 7910 Charity Fund Board of Trustees. He is a Board member of the Southeastern Massachusetts Public Housing Executive Director Association; an active member of the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials, serving on both the Legislative Committee and the Scholarship Committee. He is a Commissioner of the Smithfield RI Housing Authority and serves on the Board of Directors for Gemini Housing Corp and Church Street Estates both of Smithfield. He is Past President of the Rhode Island Apartment Association; and is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management. He is an active member of the Wellesley Kiwanis Club. Paul also serves on the Board of Directors for the HUD Borrowers Corp. of Community Care Alliance in Woonsocket RI. Paul is an active member and Past President of the Smithfield RI Lodge of Elks and a Past Trustee of the Rhode Island State Elks Association.

Paul is active in the Roman Catholic Church. He is a member and Past Grand Knight of Woonsocket RI Council Knights of Columbus, a Past District Deputy for the Rhode Island State Council K of C, a member of the Order of the Holy Sepulcher, a member of the Ancient Order of Hibernians, and a member of the Knights of Malta.    

The Rotary Club of Wellesley is one of Wellesley’s oldest community service groups and conducts local programs to benefit the Town of Wellesley. A buffet meal is available for $30.00. When making a reservation, please indicate if you will have the meal in the comment section of the registration. All are welcome for the light buffet and easy conversation beginning at 6:15 PM.  Paul will begin speaking a little after 7:00 PM.
